1. How do the shoes light up?
POP Shoes have LED lights in the sole. To turn them on, simply use the button on the tongue of the shoe. There are four settings: fast flash, slow flash, permanent light and off.
2. How long does the battery last?
A full charge lasts up to eight hours, and the lights are rechargeable. The micro USB port for recharging can be found in the tongue of the shoe under the Velcro flap.
3. Does the charger come included with the shoes?
Yes, you will receive a dual-charging micro USB cable with your purchase.
4. What sizes do POP shoes come in?
POP Shoes are available in kids’ size 11 through to men’s size 14.
5. Are POP shoes safe for kids?
Yes, we have done extensive testing to ensure our products are safe. The shoes pass all security and safety tests.
6. How do I clean my POP shoes?
You can clean the outside of the shoes with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For our leather products, you can also use a shoe polish of the same colour as the shoes.
7. What happens if my POP shoes get wet?
POP Shoes have been properly tested and will not cause harm if they get wet. This may, however, cause the lights to malfunction. It is not recommended to submerge our products as water may damage the electronics that control the lights.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Where do you ship?
Pop Shoes ship online orders internationally.
2. How much does shipping & handling cost?
Shipping & handling is FREE for all US orders.
International orders are dependent on location. Duties and taxes are not included in the price and are subject to delivery.
3. What is your return policy?
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, and with original tags. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return; Pop Shoes is not liable for any return packages lost in transit. IMPORTANT: Only shoes purchased from www.mypopshoes.com, unworn, and in the shoebox they came in can be returned. Once we have received your unworn shoes, we will refund your order excluding shipping charges.
4. Am I able to exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we are only able to process refunds at this time. Once your order has been received and restocked at our warehouse, your purchasing credit card will be immediately refunded, at which time you can place an exchange order.
5. Are sale items final?
Yes, all sale items are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.
6. Once POP receives my returned order, when can I expect my refund?
If you’ve requested an exchange, please allow up to 15 business days after your return order has been received by our warehouse for your exchange order to be processed. Refunds are processed shortly after receipt. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on the statement.
7. I bought my shoes at a retail location, can I return them to you?
No, our customer support team is only able to process orders that were purchased from mypopshoes.com. Items purchased from a retail location must be returned to that location, in accordance with the shop’s return policy. No exceptions can be made.
8. Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Before your order has been prepared for dispatch, we are able to cancel it, change a size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order. If you wish to make any changes to an order you’ve already placed, please email us ASAP at email@example.com
9. When will my order ship?
Most US orders ship within three business days of time of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders do not ship on weekends and holidays.
International orders can take up to 7 business days to ship.
10. Where can I find my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address you entered on your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated. You can also check your order status by signing in to your account on our website.
11. My order status says “Processing”. What does this mean?
“Processing” just means that we successfully received your order. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to “Shipped.”
12. Why was my order cancelled?
This happens very rarely, but when it does, it’s because of two possible reasons:
Maybe the item you ordered suddenly became unavailable or out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances. If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you, and the unavailable item will be removed from your order—rest assured that you will only be charged for the items you are receiving.
Or, perhaps we reached out to you because we needed some extra verification regarding your billing and payment information, and did not receive a response within three business days. We are unable to hold orders for longer than three business days.
